Following up on the contract redline from Tuesday. I read through your team's comments this morning, most of it is a straightforward yes. Three notes below.

Section 4, payment terms. Net 30 works on our end, no issue extending from the Net 15 we originally proposed. I have updated the draft accordingly.

Section 7, termination clause. Your language is fine, but I would suggest adding a 15-day cure period before either side can terminate for cause. Small change, protects both of us.

Section 9, data handling. This is the one open item. Legal wants the subprocessor list referenced explicitly rather than "as amended from time to time." Should be a quick fix, let me know if you want to hop on a call or just handle it over email.
