I.

Mint addresses like business cards.

hello@, sales@, press@, and one for every person on the team. Each address is a full account: its own inbox view, its own sending identity, all under your domain.

New hire on Monday? One click. Someone leaves? Retire the address just as fast. Never pay per person again.

The engine room you never enter.

Warm-up schedules, DMARC, SPF, DKIM, sender reputation: configured, aligned and maintained to the latest standards, around the clock, under the floorboards.

You will never touch any of it. You will simply notice that your mail arrives where it was meant to: the inbox, not the Promotions tab, not spam.

Contacts that compound.

Drop the LetterDuck form on your website and watch the list pile up on its own. Every contact lands neatly filed: write a note on anyone, sort people into folders, and reach any of them whenever you like.

Your list is an asset. This is where it lives, appreciates, and never gets lost in an export again.

Newsletters, without the second platform.

The newsletter part is built into the same desk. Write, pick a template, and send to your subscribers from your own domain, with open and delivery numbers you can trust.

A growing library of templates is on the way, so issue no. 1 looks like you have been doing this for years.

Questions, answered plainly.

The short version of every call we would otherwise have.
What exactly do I get for $50?
One domain on LetterDuck: unlimited email addresses, unlimited contacts, the newsletter engine, and deliverability handled for you. That is the whole product and the whole pricing page.
Do I need to know what DMARC is?
No. That is the point. The engines under the floor configure and maintain authentication, warm-up and sender reputation to the current standards. You write emails; we make sure they land.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Every address is its own account. Mint one for each person, all under your domain, at no extra cost per person. Shared addresses like sales@ work too.
I do cold outreach. Will this actually help?
Deliverability is tended around the clock: authentication kept aligned, sending warmed carefully, reputation watched daily. You still have to write a good email. We handle the part that decides whether it gets seen at all.
When does it launch?
The waitlist is open now and seats open in waves. You get exactly one email when yours is ready, and we do not write to you otherwise. A waitlist for an email company that spams its waitlist would be a bad sign.

The first flight is boarding.

Join the waitlist and get your seat when the doors open. One email, exactly once. No spam, obviously.
